In the top right corner of every page there is a LOGIN / SIGN UP button, please click on this, then the Login page will appear. At the bottom of the Login data entry box there is a link to Sign up. Click this link and please enter your details.

Note - Age Verification Required You must be 18 or older to register.

Clicking "Verify Age & Sign up" will redirect you to OneID to verify your age through your bank.

Please first sign up as a fan, then once you have successfully completed this stage, your dashboard should open up automatically. If you ever need to access your dashboard use the LOGIN / SIGN UP button in the top right corner of every page – when you are logged in this button will change and you can enter your dashboard and orders directly.

In your dashboard home page, there is a button to become a creator. Please click this button and complete the application. Once submitted, this will be sent to HappyFans admin for review. If your application is successful, this will be approved and you will then have access to additional features to sell your content, merchandise and manage your store.

For any issues regarding merchandise, we would first advise you to get in touch directly with the seller to try and resolve the issue. If this results in a dispute of any kind, please do not hesitate to get in touch via our Contact Us page and HappyFans will do all we can to resolve the matter as soon as possible.
